Privacy policy

This website is run by Harman Bhangu’s campaign in Langley–⁠Abbotsford for the October 24, 2026 B.C. provincial election.

This website doesn’t use cookies, ads, analytics or tracking.

What we collect: only what you type into our volunteer, lawn sign and donation forms. That’s your name, email, phone number and address, and anything you tell us about how you’d like to help.

Why: to organize volunteers and deliver signs for the campaign, to process and record contributions, and to contact you about the election.

Who we share it with: we send volunteer and lawn sign sign-ups to the Conservative Party of BC through the party’s own sign-up form, the same as if you had filled it in on conservativebc.ca. The party’s privacy policy then applies to that copy. We don’t sell your information or give it to anyone else, except as the law requires.

Where it’s kept: in a private database on our web host’s servers, which may be outside Canada. Only people on the campaign who manage this website can see it. We delete sign-ups from this website within 90 days after election day. Contribution records are kept as long as the Election Act requires.

Your choices: you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop being contacted, at any time. Email harman.bhangu@conservativebc.ca.

Donations: if you contribute through this website, your card payment is handled by Stripe, a payment company. We never see or store your card number.

B.C.’s Election Act requires the campaign’s financial agent to record the full name, residential address, amount and date of every contribution, and to report contributors who give more than $250 in total to Elections BC, which publishes their names and amounts. We keep these records for as long as the law requires.
